What would you recommend now?
a) Cytologic examination of the discharge and multiple skin biopsies for histopathology
b) Surgical removal of the nodular areas and antibiotic therapy with amoxicillin 12,5 mg/kg TID
c) Immediate amputation of the whole leg
d) Sub-lesional injection of the nodular areas with a depot corticoid followed by an antiinflammtory therapy with prednisolone p.o.
