This is the right eye of a 3-month-old West Highland White Terrier. The left eye looks similar and the owner who has brought the dog in for vaccination is concerned that there may be a sight problem. The dog is unsure of itself and has bumped into furniture and other stationary objects.
What is your diagnosis?
