This is the right eye of a 4-year-old Parson Russell Terrier which presented with an acute onset left sided glaucoma of 12hrs duration. The intraocular pressure in the right eye is 22mgHg there is a normal direct pupillary light reflex.
What is going to happen in this eye?

It will:
a) develop cataract
b) usually develop glaucoma
c) usually remain normotensive (a normal intraocular pressure)
d) develop uveitis
